Write the desk in Tanta

Route questions, ride RSVPs, journal submissions, rattling bikes, or corridor corrections — we answer like people who still grease their own chains. Short messages with a map pin attached get the fastest reply.

Desk replies typically Sun–Thu, late morning. Ride logistics and start pins may arrive the evening before a group roll-out. Urgent safety or mechanical issues on a published route: call rather than wait for email.

Message craft

What to include so we can answer in one reply

Vague messages create vague delays. The desk is small and reads every note personally — help us help you on the first pass.

  • Route questions — Name the sheet (e.g. DLT-01 canal shoulder) or paste a map pin. Say when you plan to ride (season and time of day matter).
  • Event RSVPs — Event name, date, your experience level, bike type, and where you are travelling from. First-timers: say so explicitly.
  • Journal submissions — Paste the draft in the message or attach as plain text. Confirm you hold rights to any photos. 400–800 words is the target length.
  • Gear advice — What you ride, where you ride it, and what failed or feels wrong. “Which bike should I buy?” without context gets a link to the gear sheet, not a shopping list.
  • Route corrections — Date of your ride, what changed (closed shoulder, new construction, water on track), and a pin if possible. These updates are how the atlas stays honest.
Privacy note Messages may contain personal data handled under our Privacy Policy. Do not send payment card numbers or national ID copies through the form.

Finding us

Map note · El-Galaa, Second Tanta

The desk operates from El-Galaa in Second Tanta, Gharbia Governorate — not a retail shop with regular walk-in hours. Most riders meet us at published ride starts rather than at the desk address. If you need to visit in person, email or call first to confirm someone is available.

Search maps for “El-Galaa, Tanta Qism 2, Second Tanta” or the postal code 6630284. Tanta is well connected by rail from Cairo and Alexandria; many riders arrive early Friday by train and roll out from a meet point we send by SMS or email.

We do not publish the desk as a drop-in tourist office. Respect neighbours — this is a working neighbourhood, not a showroom.

Phone

Best for day-of ride logistics, heat stops, or urgent corridor issues. +20 100 738 9996. If we miss your call, leave a short voicemail with your name and whether it is urgent.

Direct email

Prefer typing in your own client? Write to [email protected] with the same context you would put in the form. Use a clear subject line: “RSVP Delta Friday 45” beats “Question”.

FAQ first

Many joining, gear, and safety questions are already answered on the FAQ sheet. Check there before writing — it saves us both a round trip.
